Accessibility
- On the first floor of our hotel, there is a room designed for guests with reduced mobility, which has a wheelchair-accessible shower, handrails, and a special washbasin. The hotel’s service and community areas are accessible by self-propelled wheelchair or with assistance, and accessibility is facilitated by elevators and accessible routes.
Linen change
- Linens are automatically changed once a week. Daily changes are available upon request. The cost is 3,000 HUF/set, or you can opt out of it. Please contact the reception with your request!
Bed sizes
- Single bed: 90*200cm
- Double bed: 180*200cm
Baby equipment
- Cot, bedding, high chair, small bath, kettle are provided on request.

Billiard
- The service is available for a fee during reception opening hours.
Luggage storage
- Available at the reception.

Shoe cleaning
- Automatic shoe cleaning and polishing machine is available for our guests in the hotel lobby and on the floor. Shoe cleaning kit can be requested at the reception for a fee.
Smoking
- According to the amendment of Act XLII of 1999 on the protection of non-smokers, smoking in enclosed spaces, the use of e-cigarettes, vapes, elf bars, and IQOS devices is strictly prohibited from April 1, 2012, so we would like to ask you to refrain from smoking in hotel rooms. Smoking is only and exclusively allowed in the designated smoking area of the hotel!
- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that smoke detectors have been installed in the hotel rooms, which signal to the reception in the event of smoke. If the fire alarm is triggered due to tobacco smoke or the use of other smoking substitutes, a cost of HUF 10,000 will be charged to the room! In the event of an alarm and dispatch of firefighters, the invoiced amount will be fully borne by the guest.
Electrical connection
- The current is 220 volts – please insert your room card into the card slot next to the door to activate the room’s power supply. Free socket in the room, also provided directly next to the bed.
Lost and found items
- If you have lost anything during your stay at the hotel, please contact the reception. Likewise, please notify the reception if you have found something. Lost items left in the hotel room or in the building are inventoried and kept for 1 year. Within this time, we can send it to you on request by cash on delivery according to the official postal parcel delivery tariff in force at the time.
Wake-up call
- Please indicate your request for a telephone wake-up call at the reception.
Arrival / Departure
- On the day of arrival, the room can be occupied from 14:00, and on the day of departure, it must be vacated by 11:00. You can inquire about the possibility and fees of early arrival or extension at the reception. You can settle your bill on the morning of your departure or the evening before, thus avoiding queuing due to waiting.
Safekeeping of valuables
- It is possible to place valuables in a safe at the reception. The key to it is handed over to the guest at their own risk.

- We provide it free of charge in our restaurant.

Equipment rental
- During your stay, it is possible to use a kettle and a microwave oven.
Fitness room
- Our guests can use it free of charge during reception opening hours. Everyone can use the equipment at their own risk.
Payment methods
- Cash payment is possible with Hungarian Forint, in addition, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro type bank cards, OTP, MKB and K&H SzÉP cards.
Bathrobe
- Available for a fee at the reception. Please leave the bathrobe in the room when leaving!
Garage (underground garage)
- The service is available for a fee, entry and exit to our underground garage is subject to payment of the parking fee. We kindly ask our guests to park their cars according to the designated places. Please contact the reception with your registration intention!
Baby cot and children’s discounts
- We provide a cot (barred or travel cot) and an extra bed free of charge upon request.
If the cot is no longer suitable for the child, we charge a fee of HUF 10,000/person for the use of an extra bed – this applies regardless of age.
Hairdryer
- Every room in the hotel is equipped with a hairdryer.
Pets
- The hotel only provides for the acceptance of dogs and cats with a “health booklet” that are exclusively house-trained for a separate service fee. For public health reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant.
Cold package
- In case of departure before 7:00, based on the previous day’s order, we provide a cold package free of charge instead of breakfast. Please indicate your request at the reception no later than 19:00 on the day before departure!
Internet
- It is possible to use free wireless (wi-fi) internet in our rooms and in the community areas. Wi-fi code: hotelwpa
Office service
- If you would like to make photocopies, please contact the reception! The service is available for an additional fee. Scanning requests are handled free of charge by the front office staff.
Writing tool
- Writing tools and a notebook are available in the room.
Coffee shop
- Our designated room offers the opportunity to have a coffee, where guests can also consume other drinks. Please contact the reception with your request.
Late check-in
- With the help of our Digibox, it is possible to occupy the room outside of reception opening hours. For this we need the guest’s phone number. You can request more information at the reception or at one of our contact details.
Conference room
- We have an air-conditioned conference room with a maximum capacity of 55 people. The room is equipped with: projector, screen, flipchart board.
Key card
- This opens the doors of the guest rooms. The room’s power supply can also be controlled with this card, it is valid from arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please take your key cards with you within the hotel units to prove that you are guests of our hotel! The key cards must always be handed in at the reception upon departure, otherwise 2,000 HUF/card will be invoiced afterwards!
External call
- To make an outgoing call, pick up the handset and dial the phone number you wish to call from the very beginning after pressing the 0 button.
Cancellation conditions individual
- You can freely cancel or modify your reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date (according to the prices valid at the time of modification), after that the amount of the fee to be paid is 100% of the reservation amount. The deposit paid or the card details provided at the time of booking can also be used to charge the penalty in case of late cancellation.
Cancellation conditions group
- Penalty-free cancellation period 1 month before arrival.
Further deadlines:
In case of cancellation within 21-29 days, 10% of the ordered accommodation must be paid as a penalty,
In case of cancellation within 7-20 days, 50% of the ordered accommodation must be paid as a penalty,
In case of cancellation within 2-6 days, 75% of the ordered accommodation must be paid as a penalty,
In case of cancellation within 1-0 days or no show, 100% of the ordered services must be paid as a penalty.
Air conditioning
- The rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, the desired degree can be set according to your taste on the control panel on the wall. It also works when the room is not powered. The hotel’s public areas are air-conditioned.
Minibar
- Minibar is available in every room with a price list attached. The price of each consumed item will be charged to your bill based on the inspection during daily cleaning. Please indicate the last day’s consumption to the reception on the day of your departure!
Laundry
- You can hand in your laundry for washing and ironing in the laundry bag placed in the room at the reception of our hotel. If you hand it in by 1 pm, we will return the clean clothes to the room within 24 hours. You can find out about the prices from the laundry list in the closet in the room.

- If necessary, please contact the reception!
Technical problems
- Please report any technical faults occurring in the room or noticed in the hotel area to the reception!
Daily bed making
- If necessary, we will make your bed during the day – please contact the reception with your request.
Daily cleaning
- The hotel rooms are cleaned every day during our guests’ stay. If you would like to ensure your rest, or do not wish to take advantage of the possibility of omitting daily room cleaning and linen change, please use the “Do not disturb” sign!
Opening hours

Our guests can use the saunas half an hour after opening, and they can be used until half an hour before closing time.

- The parking lot located in the courtyard of the hotel or one of our underground garages can be used. Parking space must be booked in advance. The number of places is limited. The fee is 3000 Forints / car / night

- We provide an extra bed for a fee upon request. Please contact the reception.

- Our Front Office staff are happy to assist you during its opening hours. Can be called with the number 9.
Breakfast A’la Carte
- Ask for our breakfast A’la Carte menu at the reception with room service, for a fee.

- We welcome our guests with a buffet breakfast every day between 7:00 and 10:00.
Self-check in service
- In case of arrival after 19:00, please enter the opening code into the panel with the inscription “check-in” at the back entrance: xxxx
After entering, the cabinet on the wall on the right can be opened with the same code. In its drawer you will find your room key card with the room number on it, and a red chip, which you can use to move around at the back door. The opening code then expires. The red chip must be touched to the dial with the inscription “chip” on the outer wall next to the back door to open the door.
Sauna
- During reception opening hours.
Safe
- Safes placed at the reception can be used for safekeeping. The key to it is handed over to the guest at their own risk. Filling out the form is mandatory.
Chair
- We provide an extra chair in the bathroom upon request. Please indicate your needs at the reception.
Cleaning
- If you have a special request in addition to the daily cleaning, please use the “Please clean” sign or contact the reception! We provide extra cleaning on request for a fee.
Blanket
- We provide an extra blanket on request – please contact the reception.
Spare pillow
- We provide a spare pillow that can be requested upon request. Please contact the reception!

Toiletries
- The dispenser placed at the washbasin and bathtubs in the bathrooms contains a preparation that can be used as soap, shower gel and shampoo.
Razor, toothbrush, toothpaste are also available at the reception.

Towel
- Can be found prepared in the room. Please leave the towel in the room when leaving. If you would like a towel change, please drop it on the floor! A towel left on the towel rack means: “I don’t want a change!”
Fire protection
- Please carefully review the location of the emergency exits on the map posted on your door. Green illuminated signs in the corridor indicate the shortest route to the emergency exits. If you notice a fire, please call the Reception on extension 9. Fire extinguishers can be found on each floor with clearly visible markings. Do not use the elevators! You can get to the ground floor via the fire escape and from there to the street!

Ironing
- We provide an iron and stand free of charge upon request. You will receive the ironed textile back within 1 hour between 6 am and 2 pm.
Sewing kit
- If you need a sewing kit, please ask for the assistance of our receptionist.

- Our hotel’s creed is to provide maximum service to the needs of the guests who come to us. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, please contact the employees or manager of the relevant department immediately or report the problem at the reception.
You can communicate your comments in person, on the questionnaire placed in the room and at the reception, thereby helping our work. You can also share your experiences with others in our guest book on our own website.
